We service, repair and support all major brand scopes including:

Fibertech Canada has three offices across Canada:

Fibertech only uses only new medical grade parts for the scopes that we repair. We also guarantee our repairs with a 6 month warranty on all parts and workmanship. Fibertech has an extensive loaner pool with a 98% fill rate.

Fibertech offers a repair/exchange program designed to offer an affordable alternative to upgrade your inventory.

  • 1 year warranty of repair/exchange purchases
  • 1 day turnaround for minor repairs from approval
  • 1 - 5 day turnaround times from approval for major repair

Fibertech offers a no charge PM checks to insure proper care and maintenance of your endoscopes which will help to reduce the cost of repairs and down time. And you can always be sure that you are getting the best service on your scopes; Fibertech employs repair technicians that have previously trained by manufacture. (Pentax, Karl Storz and Olympus)
